The police opened fire to bring the situation under control. . The relatives of Tarek Ahmad, Raihan Ahmad and Moinul Islam, who died in this incident, were buried on August 6 at different times of the day without postmortem where three murder cases have been recorded in Beanibazar police station.
It is said that the bodies of the three dead people will be exhumed and post-mortem will be conducted. It is known that the court has ordered the exhumation of the bodies of the deceased and the autopsy. Their bodies will be exhumed soon. Officer-in-charge (OC) of Beanibazar police station Md. Enamul Haque Chowdhury said that the full instructions of the court have not been received. Necessary steps will be taken for exhumation of the body and post-mortem after receiving the full order.
Meanwhile, his mother Inarun Nessa filed the first case as a plaintiff in the case of the death of his son Tarek Ahmad on August 20. However, on August 22, he appealed to the Sylhet court to withdraw the case. Where it is noted that he does not know any of the accused. On the other hand, the family members of Raihan Ahmad and Moinul Islam, who were killed at the same time, filed two separate murder cases as plaintiffs.
Officer-in-charge (OC) of Beanibazar police station Md. Enamul Haque Chowdhury also said that innocent people will not be harassed. Legal action will be taken against the real culprits.
